Laboratory & Pharmacy

LAB: Aurora Pet Hospital has a complete in-house diagnostic laboratory. The Idexx Vetlab Station is a very sophisticated computerized veterinary laboratory.  It allows us to run a wide range of diagnostic tests, with accurate results available, with various timeframes depending on the test. We typically perform HEAL tests in house, and occasionally FPLI & CPLI tests as well. Anything we send out has a quick turnaround time, and a doctor will be in touch once the complete results are in and have been reviewed. 

PHARMACY:  ​We stock a wide variety of medications and products for dogs and cats. In most cases, we purchase directly from the manufacturers, assuring our patients are receiving the highest quality drugs available. In the rapidly changing world of flea and tick control, we carry only the safest and most effective products for both dogs and cats which includes Bravecto topical (12-week dose) oral (12-week dose) and injectable (1 year coverage).

With our pharmacy located on our premises, we can quickly provide the necessary medications before you leave our hospital.  For prescription refills, we ask that you please call, text or email and give us 24 hours to fill them.
